Looks good to me. Mine actually says that students should allow me 48 hours to respond to any email and that should any email violate any of the above rules, I will email it back to them and tell them to do it again.
I'm not a prof, but all those points sound completely reasonable to me. Another music therapist friend of mine also had an issue with inappropriate (for business) e-mail addresses. She tried to point out to the person applying for the internship position that hotvixen or something of that ilk was not really professional, and that maybe she could set up an account strictly for professional e-mails.

Sounds good, and clear, to me. I like the last point. I think, though, that it should include the word "biaaatches" somewhere.
